Simpson Associates allow their customers to focus
on the concerns which drive their business by giving support for
any technical problems which arise from their deployment of Simpson
Associates solutions.
For a standard annual fee, a Freephone support number
is made available which will log and progress problems. The wealth
of experience of all Simpson Associates personnel is made available
for any issues which cannot be solved directly via the Help Desk
acting as first level for product support.
Access to the Cognos web site and the extensive knowledge
base can also be made available.
Business Intelligence Managed Services (BIMS)
For some customers, the above support service is only
the first step towards concentrating on their own issues. Simpson
Associates also provides a Business Intelligence Managed Services
solution, which takes responsibility for building the mission-critical
Business Intelligence application, and ensuring its availability
to the clients own internal or external customers.
