To ensure that this Support is kept to a high standard Simpson Associates offer a full training service to address the knowledge transfer of your Business Intelligence project. Our Cognos accredited trainers have a background in the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions; this experience can be used to deliver training courses that are relevent, concise and information rich.

Courses

On site courses can be prepared to your specifications and against your business data. The course will include the use of hardware - preloaded with the Cognos software, training manuals and projector. This style of course allows the group to be focused on your company's needs and allows the group to dictate the pace and level of information taught.

If distraction or facilities are an issue for your company, you may wish to book the above course, but at an off site location. Our training co-ordinator is on hand to help with venue reservations; lunch and refreshment requirements and can ensure all the delegates receive location guides and instructions prior to the course.

Cognos courses are run throughout the year and are available at several locations. Simpson Associates can discuss all the options to find a suitable time and venue; we will also manage the booking process for you.
